It’s taken some time but at least Russell Martin has given his blessing for first team squad players to get games in the reserves for the foreseeable future. In the recent 2-0 win against Watford on Monday the process reaped immediate rewards. Russell Martin has little choice in making this decision as the players leaving in January need their match fitness, and games under their belt. |

Joel Piroe has a collection of cool finishes already, and once he heads a ball I’m certain that will go in as well. He has been absolutely fantastic. We have been blessed indeed with a management team who have total faith in the coaching methods of Russell Martin, and as we have stated all along he is the answer to our club this season.
